Thank you for choosing TechStore. This quick setup wizard will prepare your database, create default templates, and configure your administrator account in less than two minutes.

Before you begin: Ensure you have created a MySQL database and have your database host, name, username, and password ready.

Database Configuration

Enter your MySQL / MariaDB database credentials. You can click "Test Connection" to verify settings before moving forward.

Usually localhost on Hostinger, cPanel, and shared hosting.
Default MySQL port is 3306.
The name of the database created in cPanel/MySQL.
Optional prefix for shared databases.

Store & Application Details

Configure your initial store branding, primary currency, and application URL.

Auto-detected from server environment. Works in both root and subdirectories.

Create Primary Administrator

Set up your super-administrator credentials. You will use these to log into the management dashboard.

Used for admin panel login and critical system alerts.

Ready to Install

The installer will now initialize the database schema, insert default settings, seed email templates, create your administrator account, and generate secure environment keys.

Required: set up ad tracking cron

Server-side events (Meta Conversions API & TikTok Events API) are queued and delivered in the background. Schedule one of the following two cron options to run every minute:

Option 1: Recommended CLI Cron (cPanel / VPS / SSH)
Option 2: Web URL Cron (Shared Hosting / External Cron Service)
Security Notice: The installer lock (config/installed.lock) has been activated. Reinstallation is now blocked. You may also delete the install/ folder if desired.
